The sponsor of Steaua affirms that "real supporters do not come anymore on the stadium because of the vagabonds who come and swear me and the players"
In the middle of a crisis of evolutions of the team coached by Stoichiţă, Gigi Becali unbury the war axe with the supporters that contest him violently for almost one year. "I wanted to make peace, we met at the beginning of the year and I thought we have conciliated, but some of them do not want harmony. They want to swear and make everything they want! It is not peace at the matches from Ghencea and I will take firm measures", announced Becali in the show News Magazin, from Antena 3.
What are the firm measures?
"I banned last year 3.000 hooligans, but we still have. I prepared other interdictions for another 300 hooligans because this is the number of those who are coming just to swear. We will ban these too, and we finally clear the stadium", added Becali.
He presented then his own version as argument because the stands from Ghencea have depopulated lately. "If the injuries and insults hadn’t existed, the stands would be always full. More than 30.000 spectators would come in Ghencea, I don’t need hooligans on the stadium. Anyway, those 30.000 spectators are not coming on the stadium because of those who throw with rocks, swear and contest. But I won’t give up, I will still ban those who destroy the atmosphere and we will make general cleanness!", concluded the sponsor from Ghencea.

Steaua reached in a dramatic situation regarding the average of spectators at the matches played on their own field. In the classification made on the basis of the last 3 matches on their own field of all the 18 teams from League 1, Steaua occupies an incredible 11th place, after they dominated authoritatively this classification for many years.

How did the cashed from the public decreased
In this season, Steaua has managed to draw to the budget a very little amount from the tickets selling. Only almost 600.000 euro, almost half of them are from the 4 matches with public from the preliminaries and from the group Europe League. The amount is almost 10 times smaller than the cashes from the last season, when only at the return match with Galatasaray, from august 2008, they cashed more money than in the entire season from this year!
