Gigi Becali, the sponsor from Steaua, has spoken about the new Penal Code. The official from Steaua thinks that the old code was much clear with respect to corruption.
"If there is no social danger in awarding a team to play correct, this means that there is no infraction. The old Penal Code was clearer with respect to corruption that the present one. This project won’t resist, the jurists from the parliament will change it. The case "The suit case" was not moved because of some interpositions", said Gigi Becali on GSP TV.
