Yesterday, the prosecutors from DNA finished the investigation in the case called “The suit case” and they send the file to be judged to the Appellate Court from Cluj. Gigi Becali and Victor Piţurcă are on the accused list
The National Directorate Anticorruption disposed yesterday to send Gigi Becali and Victor Piţurcă for trial, with another 4 indictees, in “the case called the Suit case”! Prosecutors finished the indictment and advanced the file to be judged to the Appellate Court from Cluj. Among the accused persons there is also am attorney, Alina Ciul, Becali’s defender. ;)
The sponsor from Stelei is accused that he offered to the players from “U” Cluj the amount of 1,7 millions € (100.000 € for every player who was on the list) in order to accomplish their duties provided in the contracts in the match with CFR Cluj, but also the amount of 500.000 € to the president Doboş
PIŢI, WITNESS TO THE MALVERSATION
Victor Piţurcă is also accused of favoring Gigi Becali, :O signing as a witness to the fraudulent concluding of two sale and purchase pre-agreements for grounds, with false mentions regarding the date, the content and the real volition of the parts.
RĂDOI AND PETRE MARIN, ACCUSED IN ANOTHER PROCES
The players from Steaua, Mirel Rădoi and Petre Marin were also involved in the case called The suit case. ;) The two called Claudiu Răducanu and Gigel Coman, in order to promise the money prepared by the sponsor from Steaua. The players from Steaua were not accused in the same file, they will be judged by the Court from the 1st district Bucharest.
DOBOŞ SEPARAT
Toni Doboş, accused of having taken bribe, will be inquired in a separate file. He couldn’t participate to the activities of penal research because of the smash-up suffered in the end of august.

Analyzing the documents for penal research made in the file with the above mentioned number with respect to the following accusedsus faţă de învinuiţii,
1.- BECALI GEORGE, inquired for commiting the infraction of giving bribe provided by the art. 255 Penal Cod related to the art.6 from the Law no.78/2000 (two deeds) and the infraction of false in documents with private signature being in direct connection with the infraction of corruption provided by the art.290 item.1 Penal Cod reletd to the art.17 item.1 letter c from Law no.78/2000, by enforcing the art.33 letter a Penal Cod and the art.75 letter a Penal Cod;
2.- SPONTE TEIA, inquired for commiting the infraction of complicity in giving bribe provided by the art.26 Penal Cod related art.255 Cod Penal, coroborated with the art.6 from the Law no.78/2000;
3.- DOBOŞ ANTON, inquired for commiting the infraction of taking bribe provided by the art. 254 Penal Cod related to the art.6 from the Law no.78/2000;
4.- BENDORFEAN TRAIAN, inquired for commiting the infraction of complicity in taking bribe provided by the art. 26 Penal Cod related to the art.254 Penal Cod, coroborated with the art.6 from the Law no.78/2000;

“I would have never entered in such a combination if I knew all the details. If DNA has any recorded discussion in which Gigi tries to convince me to sign that pre-contract after the scandal had alreday broken out, I give right to the prosecutors”

Train of events according to the indictment:

Hence, the club „Steaua Bucharest” had 72 points, and „C.F.R. 1907 Cluj” had 73 points (being on the first place), the only chance of the club from Bucharest to win the championship singura şansă de câştigare a campionatului de către clubul din Bucureşti, era ca în ultima etapă „Universitatea Cluj” să facă un meci egal sau să câştige în faţa echipei „C.F.R. 1907 Cluj”.
In that conditions, on May 04, 2008, after the match from the 33rd lap of the National Championship for Football – League 1 between the teams „Dinamo Bucharest” and „Steaua Bucharest” finished with the score of 2-1, the sponsor of the club „Steaua Bucharest” made his own infractional plan according to which, he was about to give to the football players and the administration of the club „Universitatea Cluj”, the amount of de 1, 7 millions euro. The purpose was to obtain a good result in the match with „C.F.R. 1907 Cluj” which had as consequence winning the first place by the team „Steaua Bucharest”.
What happened, cronologically:
In order to understand the infractional mechanism, we will present below cronologically and punctually the activities made by the the accused Becali George, Teia Sponte and Anton Doboş, so that the offer of 1,7 millions euro may be communicated to the players of the team „Universitatea Cluj”. If the result had been good, the money would have been given to the football players, stimulating them this way to play to the maximum capacity in the match from the last round on 7th May 2008.
On 4th May, Gigi called Dobos in the middle of the night
In the next two days 04.05– 07.05.2008, the accused Becali George called directly or through some interposed persons from his entourage, both the administration of the universitary club and the football players whom he offered a lot of money in ordert to accomplish purpose they aimed at.
So, on 04.05.2008, at 23:44, the accused Becali George, the owner of the phone no.0744………, called the accused Anton Doboş, the owner of the phone no. 0729……., whom he asked to mobilizate his team for the match with „C.F.R. 1907 Cluj”. He also communicated to Anton Doboş that Sponte Teia, the vice president from the Administration Council of S.C. Football Club „Steaua Bucharesti” S.A. will leave to Cluj. The dialogue between the two had the following content:

He spoke 2 times with Teia in 13 minutes, the discussion being in Aromanian
After calling the accused Anton Doboş (the president of the club „Universitatea Cluj”), Becali George discussed on the pnone with Sponte Teia about the way in which they will contact the football players from the universitary club in order to communicate them that they will receive some money from the sponsor, using the collocation “a piece for each one”. The language they used is specific to the persons who want to hide the real sense of the dialogue with a possible infractional tint, in the present case, the two being afraid to use expressions such as „money”or „amounts of money”.
On 04.05.2008 at 23:49 and at 23:56, the accused Becali George and Teia Sponte had two discussions on the phone in Aromanian, translated and presented when the prosecutor asked, by some specialists from the Romanian Intelligence Service, the relevant content of these discussions being the following one:

A few minutes after the conversation ended, especially on 05.05.2008, at 00:01, the accused Becali George called again the accused Teia Sponte whom he asked to find the phone no. of the football player Goga Dorin from the club „Universitatea Cluj”, the discussion they had in Aromanian, having the following relevant content:

Gigi asked Argaseala to find out the phone no. Of the player Gigel Coman at 00:02, on 5th May
Imediately, at 00:02, the accused Becali George called Valeriu Argăseală, the president of the Administration Council from the Football Club „Steaua Bucharest”, on the phone mo. 0745………., whom he asked to find out the phone no. of the football player Gigel Coman from „Universitatea Cluj”. He also said that there is a possibility for the players of this team to be stimulated in order to obtain a favorable score, the dialogue having the following content:
Becali George spoked with Goga on 5th May in the night, at 00:16 and at 00:39. 22years and 2 days ago, Steaua won admirable the European Champions Cup
After he found out the phone no. of the player Goga Dorin Ioan, the captain of the team „Universitatea Cluj”, in the same night, 05.05.2008 ay 00:16 and 00:39, Becali George called on the phone no. 0742……. and 0729…….. Aftre the first discussion, when the accused Becali George found out that the football player does not speak Aromanian, he announced that will call him again, but from another phone no., trying to protect this way the content of the conversation, the dialogue being the following one:Read HERE
As you can see, because the accused Becali George believed that the discussion with the captain of the team „Universitatea Cluj” cannot take place in conditions of maximum confidence and discretion, he used for the conversation with Goga Dorin, the phone no. 0741………., registered on the name F.C. „Steaua Bucharest”. He called Goga Dorin at 00:18, and they have been talking for almost 348 seconds (page 238, vol.3) and at 00:45 when the conversation had 176 seconds (page 234, vol.3). The two conversations on the phone were mentioned in the report from 05.11.2008, where all the calls were analysed. The calls were included in the phone conversations placed at our disposal by the mobile phone operators (pages 186-188, vol.3).
It is ascertain that the accused Becali George used for the discussions with Goga Dorin two mobile phones registered on the name F.C.„Steaua Bucharest” with the phone no. 0744……….and 0741……. calling the football player on the two mobile phones he uses, with the numbers 0742……. and 0729..
Obviously, the procedure of talking on the phone which Becali George used by changing the phones and calling Goga Dorinon different phone numbers raised some questions regarding the content of the conversation, which, as we showed before, took place out of time between two persons who were talking for the first time.
Goga admitted that Gigi promissed them 100.000 euro for every title player
During the penal research, Goga Dorin Ioan was heard on 8th May and 3rd September 2008 regarding the conversations he had on the phone with Becali George 4/5th May 2008, at night. Goga Dorin Ioan decxlared under oath that the sponsor of the club „Steaua Bucharest” promissed that if „Universitatea Cluj” defends correctly the chances in the match with „C.F.R. 1907 Cluj” which had to take place on 7th May 2008, every title player and the reserves will receive 100.000 euro from him. The entire amount was of 1.400.000 euro. The same witness declared that Becali George confirmed him that he will come by himself to Cluj with the amount of money which he will give to his parents or to Toni Dobos’ wife or to Gigel Coman, his colleague from the club team (pages 273-281, vol.2).
Dobos confirmed to Gigi that he had spoken to the players of U Cluj
On the same date, 05.05.2008, at 11:58, the accused Becali George again the accused Anton Doboş, the president of the football club „Universitatea Cluj”, whom he communicated that he would come by himself the next day, on 06.05.2008, to Cluj or he wouls send the vice president of the Administration Council from F.C. „Steaua Bucharest”, the accused Sponte Teia. Anton Doboş confirmed also that he spoke with all the football players and he mobilized them for the match from 07.05.2008, specifying that he waits for them to the discussions. At the same time, Anton Doboş told to the sponsor of the club „Steaua Bucharest” that the football player Goga Dorin narrated to him the dialogue from the previous night (regarding the financial offer), whom he asked not to discuss with anyone about this thing. Dobos admitted in front of prosecutors about the dialogues with Gigi
The end of the call is corroborated with the affirmations of the witness Goga Dorin who told everithing he discussed with the accused Becali George to the president Anton Doboş, who also told him that would speak with the sponsor of the club „Steaua Bucharest” about the financial offer made to the team (page 280, vol.2).
During the investigation, the accused Anton Doboş admitted in the declaration he gave on 08.05.2008, that he had been called by the accused Becali George with respect to the financial offer and that he understood from the discussions with Becali George that the money would be sent to Cluj by a friend of him, Teia Sponte. He also confirmed that the football player Goga Dorin had told him about the discussion he had with Becali George with respect to the financial offer he had for the team „Universitatea Cluj” (pages 108-109, vol.2).
On 05.05.2008, the accused Becali George had several discussions on the phone with different persons, whom he confirmed that he called directly or among some interposed football players from „Universităţii Cluj”, by offering them amounts of 1,5 – 2 milions euro, if they obtain a favorable svcore in the match with „C.F.R. 1907 Cluj”. So, at 14:14 the accused called a so-called „Viorel” owner of the phone no. 0744………. whom he assured that he had spoken with those from „Universitatea Cluj”..

The moment when Radoi and Petre Marin intervened
During the infractional activity, the accused Becali George used two football players from the club „Steaua Bucharest”, Rădoi Mirel and Petre Marin. With the help of these players, Becali George communicated to the players from Universitatea Cluj his message about the financial offer. He tried to assure them about the seriosity of his demarches but also the fact that the amount promissed for every player was a big one. In the same message, it was mentioned that the entire amount will arrive to the players through the accused Sponte Teia
So, on 05.05.2008, at 21:52, Mirel Rădoi the owner of the phone no. 0745……, called the accused Becali George, the dialogue between the two with respect to the infractional cativity, having the following content: Read HERE
Radoi thought that their phones might be listened and he was afraid at the beginning, using the expression "bricks" when he spoked about money
From the analysis of the conversation content can be seen that Rădoi Mirel drew the attention to the accused Becali George that they shouldn’t discus on the phone about the financial offer for the football players from „Universitatea Cluj”. The player was conscious for the moment about the behaviour grosness of the sponsor from the football club „Steaua Bucureşti”. Rădoi Mirel tried to codify the language using for example the expression „the bricks”, when he refered to amounts of money which wre about to arrive to the football player (page 143, vol. 4).

Mirel received the confirmation from Claudiu Raducanu that everything was discussed and it is ok
In the same day, at 20:03, Rădoi Mirel called again the accused Becali George whom he told that he discussed with Claudiu Răducanu (football player at „Universitatea Cluj”), who confirmed him that the football team „Universitatea Cluj” knew about the financial offer communicated through Anton Doboş. In the same discussion, Becali George reaffirmed that he prepared a great amount of money, suggesting that the accused Teia Sponte would meet with Gigel Coman in order to give the money.
Gigi confessed to Radoi that he also prepared plan 2, if the police intervenes
After this affirmation, Rădoi Mirel drew Becali George’s attention about a possible intervention of the police. Becali George replyed by using a specific language that he is not afraid and if they are in such a situation, Sponte Teia will use a trick: his presence in Cluj Napoca is related by a real estate business.
The accused Becali George explained that he is not afraid about the consequences of his demarches and he risks in the end, because they are in this situation because of his team „Steaua Bucharest” which couldn’t obtain a favorable result in the last match, played against the team „Dinamo Bucharest”. The dialogue between the two regarding the mentioned aspects has the following content:...
Gigel Coman confirmed everything to the prosecutors
Coman Gigel was heard as a witness with respect to the discussions on the phone, who declared under judgement that on 5th May 2008, in the evening, was called by Marin Petre, who said to him that if they defend correctly their chances and obtain a favorable result in the match with „C.F.R. 1907 Cluj”, the universitary team will receive from the club „Steaua Bucharest” a financial gift without mentioning the quantum. He also declared that Petre Marin asked him to send the message to his collegues and “trust that they will receive the promised money”.
More than that, the witness Coman Gigel declared that on 6th May 2008, was called by the vice president of the club „Steaua Bucharest”, the accused Sponte Teia, who announced him that would come to Cluj, and would call him. The events narrated by this witness, are entirely corroborated with the dialogues on the phone from 6th May 2008, when the accused Becali George told to the football players, Rădoi Mirel and Petre Marin, that he would send the money for the players from Universitatea Cluj, through „Teia”.(pages 264, 265, vol.2).
Even Claudiu Raducanu admitted. Dobos call together the team hotel Rimini and he told to the players that they will receive 1,5 millions euro from Steaua for a draw or for a victory with CFR
Mirel Radoi didn’yt admit anything in the audience
All over the investigation Rădoi Mirel was also heard as a witness, who made untrue affirmations under judgement with respect to some important events which he had been asked about, saying that he adoes not know anything regarding the financial offer made by Becali George. About the content of the conversation he had with Răducanu Claudiu he declared that he wished him „good luck” in the match with „C.F.R. 1907 Cluj”, without discussing anything about a possible financial motivation.
In total contradiction with the dialogues on the phone presented before, the witness Rădoi Mirel affirmed that he had no discussion with the accused Becali George about the possible financial offer made to the football players from „Universitatea Cluj”. Prin declaraţia sa şi prin negarea oricărei implicări în oferirea de bani jucătorilor de fotbal de la The witness Rădoi Mirel confirmed the illegal character of his demarches through his declaration and by denying any involvement in giving money to the players from „Universitatea Cluj”, realising that if he confesses the discussions he had with the accused Becali George or with the football players, his sports career could be compromised, in relation with the behaviour rules imposed by the statutes of Romanian Football Federation. (page 330, vol. 2).
The untrue character of his affirmations is confirmed by the content of the two dialogues he had on the phone on 05.05. and 06.05.2008 (pages 143-148, 153-159, vol.4), in which Rădoi Mirel narrated with detail, that he called the football players from „Universitatea Cluj” saying that they will receive a lot of money if they obtain a favorable result for the club „Steaua Bucureşti”. These two conversatins are entirely corroborated with the declaration of the witnes Răducanu Claudiu, to whom I refered before.
Petre Marin is also accused of untrue testimony
The second football player used by the accused Becali George to communicate the financial offer to the club „Universitatea Cluj” was Marin Petre. He was heard as witness and he gave an untrue testimony, sustaining repugnant with the dialogue on the phone from 06.05.2008, at 12:46 (pages 152, 153, vol.4) that he had never discussed neither with the football player Gigel Coman from „Universitatea Cluj” nor with the sponsor Becali George about any financial offer regarding the match in the lasts round. (page 331, vol. 2).
His deposition, represents, an untrue testimony, when actually, Marin Petre confirmed on the phone to the accused Becali George that he had spoken with Gigel Coman whom he communicated that ,,someone will come to Cluj with the money for the team,,. Marin Petre gave this way the phone number of the player Gigel Coman to the sponsor of the club „Steaua Bucharest”.
The phone call between Petre Marin and Coman Gigel is confirmed by the listing with the calls made from the phone with the no. 0742.039.695 used by Petre Marin. On that listing it is shown that Petre Marin called on 05.05.2008, at 12:19, 19:56 and at 21:18, the witness Coman Gigel, thing which was recognised by the two (pages 186-189, 199-212, vol.3).
Moreover, the witness Coman Gigel told as we already mentioned, that Petre Marin send information about the financial offer from the club „Steaua Bucharest” if they obtain a favorable result in the match with „C.F.R. 1907 Cluj” (pages 264, 265, vol.2).

Teia went to Cluj with the suit case full of money and two bodyguards
Before living, Sponte was called to the Mansion
The two had a discussion on the phone on 06.05.2008, at 16:10, in which Becali George called Sponte Teia to the „Mansion” whom he ordered to leave to Cluj with another two persons (you can see the conversation from page 339, vol.4).
Hereinafter, around 19:20, the accused Becali George called the accused Sponte Teia on the phone no. 0742.3..... Sponte Teia was around Cluj Napoca and gave to Becali George the phone no. of the football player Gigel Coman. During that conversation teh accused Becali George explained to Teia Sponte the message which had to be sent by Coman Gigel to all the football players from „Universitatea Cluj”, saying that every player will have “a piece”, which means 100.000 euro.

In the end, the two accused established that during the match Teia Sponte shall be accompanied by Coman Gigel and the accused Bendorfean Traian (friend and associate of the accused Anton Doboş) this one being the proof and the guarantee of the fact that the amount of 1,7 millions euro will be given to the players and to the president of the club „Universitatea Cluj”. When he rederted to Anton Doboş, the accused Teia Sponte used the expression „the big one”, and when he refered to Coman Gigel, he used the expression „the little one”. The relevant dialoguue between the two accused has the following content:...
Dobos saw the money on 6 May in the night to the hotel Stil
Regarding this meeting from the night 6/7 May 2008, the accused Doboş Anton declared that he went with his associate Bendorfean Traian to the motel „STIL” situated on Calea Făgetului from Cluj Napoca. In a room of the motel he met with the accused Teia Sponte whom he discussed for almost five minutes. At the same time he showed a bag which he opened, and under many cloths he said there was the money promised to the players from „Universitatea Cluj”. The accused Anton Doboş said that it was the only time he met with Teia Sponte with respect to “the financial offer” sent by Becali George. At that moment they didn’t really establish the conditions for giving the money (pages 108-118, vol.2).
Gigi called in the of the match in order to check if everything was OK
The second day, on 07.05.2008, at 11:19, the accused Becali George called again Teia Sponte, and this one enssured that everything was ok, confirming that he met with Anton Doboş whom he showed the money and explained that if they obtain a favorable result the money will arrive to the players. The interesting dialogue has the following content:

As you can see, the phone dialogues of the accused Teia Sponte are confirmed by the declaration given by the accused Anton Doboş, who affirmed that in that night, he showed a suit case with the money promised to the team „Universitatea Cluj” by the accused Becali George.
After the discussion he had on the phone with Becali George, the accused Teia Sponte called on 07.05.2008, at 12:25, the accused Bendorfean Traian, whom he asked to tell Anton Doboş that everything they had discussed was still valid, and the intending messages would be sent only through Bendorfean Traian. They established that around 16:00 Teia Sponte would call again Bendorfean Traian for a possible meeting because he left the location from the previous night, the motel „STIL”. The dialogue between them had the following content:...
They saw the match together
So, between 17:00 and 19:00 p.m., the wto accused Teia Sponte and Bendorfean Traian together with the football player Coman Gigel and one bodyguard stayed in the restaurant „AROMA” where they had seen the match between the teams „Universitatea Cluj” and „C.F.R. 1907 Cluj” which ended with the score 0–1. In this situation „Steaua Bucharest” remained on the 2nd place in the classification, the team „C.F.R. 1907 Cluj” winning this way, the title of National Champion from League 1 Football. In this case, it was obvious that the money promised by the sponsor of thr club „Steaua Bucharest” couldn’t be given to the club „Universitatea Cluj”. Legally speaking the infractions of taking and giving bribe, provided by the art.254 and art.255 Penal Code, were made in the normative ways provided by the law, as money promise and the acceptance of such promises by certain persons who had the quality of officeman, according to the penal law.
The search from 07.05.2008.
Thus, in order to apply the dispositions of the art.255 alin.4 Penal Code; this decides that the money which made the object of the promise of giving bribe will be confiscated even if the offer was not accepted. Everything was made according to the prosecutor’s order when they made the search of the car Ford Focus, black, with the registration number CJ-14-RIM used by the accused Teia Sponte and the bodyguards, which was parked at the trestaurant „AROMA” from Cluj Napoca (page 3, vol.5).
According to the inspection certificate made as a result of the research from 07.05.2008, in the car Ford Focus with the registration number CJ-14-RIM were identified by showing their identity cards Sponte Teia, Bendorfean Traian, Coman Gigel and the two bodyguards Dediu Ştefan Fănuş and Popa Marcel. In the rear boot of the car was found a kit bag with the mark „LOTTO”, and inside there was a smaller, brown bag, with the mark „SPRIDER” in which there were some wads of bank notes of 500 euro rolled up in a carrier bag on which it was written „Credit Europe Bank” (pages 1,2,6-15, vol.5).
Regarding the amount of money found, the accused Sponte Teia declared verbally that he does not want to say which the quantum was, because the money were for the acquisition of a ground that is why he couldn’t present any documents or any information with respect to the ground location.
After they found the money, they sigilated them and the persons identified in the car and the assistant witnesses together with the research team went to head office of the National Directorate Anticorruption – The Territorial Service Cluj. There they counted the money and registered the series of all the bank notes which were among the 34 de rolls of one hundred bank notes of 500 euro each one, with a total value 1.700.000 euro. All these actions were registered in the inspection certificate from 7th May 2008, in front of assistant witnesses and the accused Teia Sponte, to which were also annexed the photos they made (pages16-74, vol.5).
Gigi advised on the phone with his friends about how to justify the action
Beside the defences expressed in public, the accused Becali George, immediately after the date of 7th May 2008, had several conversations on the phone with different persons from his sorroundings whom he presented the arguments which will be used in order to repulse the charge for corruption. Becali advised with his friends about the most proper way of solving his judicial problems.
This way, on the phone dialogue from 09.05.2008, at 09:34, the accused Becali George explained to the president of the Administration Council from F.C. „Steaua Bucharest” S.A., Valeriu Argăseală, that for the amount of 1,7 millions euro, he had to make a sponsorisation contract with the team „Universitatea Cluj”, and the club had to give bonuses to every player in accordance with the efficiency and evolution, the relevant dialogue being the following one:

In another discussion on the phone from 09.05.2008, at 13:03, the accused Becali George explained the same situation to the president of Professional Football League, Dumitru Dragomir, i.e. the money would have entered in the possesion of „Universitatea Cluj” as a sponsorization, and the club had to give bonuses, which cannot be interpreted as bribe. In reply, the official from LPF specified that such a way of giving bonuses is not allowed by the statute and that he acould be sanctioned, according to the Statute of F.R.F..

As you can see, in the discussion with the official from Professional Football League, the accused Becali George admitted, voluntarily, that the amount of 1,7 millions euro was for the club „Universitatea Cluj”, accepting this way even a possible disciplinary sanction from the Romanian Football Federation. The behaviour and the language he used, show undoubtedly, his intention of giving prizes to the football players if they obtained a favorable result for the team „Steaua Bucharest”.
Another similar discussion took place on 09.05.2008, at 16:42, when Becali George called the accused Teia Sponte and said him that there won’t be any problems regarding the accuses of the prosecutors because he will defend saying that he was about to make a sponsorization to the club, which does not mean “bribe”, the dialogue being the following one:...

In another discussion on the phone from the same date, at 18:10, the accused Becali George perplexed and indefinite with his own defence versions, explained to the sponsor of the football club „Dacia Mioveni”, Neţoiu Gigi, that the amount of 1,7 millions euro would have been the money for the acquisition of some grounds. In this dialodue also and because Neţoiu Gigi insisted, the accused Becali George reconsidered his previous argumentation and he agreed with Neţoiu Gigi, that he prepared the money for the players, but meanwhile he changed his mind saying that it is not good to act this way. The conversation between the two regarding the inquired deeds, has the following content:

Impressed by the resonong of his explanations presented by Neţoiu Gigi, on the next discussion on the phone from 09.05.2008, at 19:36, Becali George explained to another person from his sorrounding whom he called „VICTOR”, the fact that although he prepared the money for „Universitatea Cluj” he changed his mind. He thought it wasn’t good to act like this. The relevant fragments of the dialogue between the two are the following one:
