Viorel Duru, the chief of the License Commission, declared that in Romania there are only five stadiums of 3rd category which can organise matches in the European Cups.
"On the stadiums Steaua, Cluj, Piatra Neamţ, Timişoara and Unirea Urziceni can be organised matches from the European Cups, because they are stadiums of the 3rd category. Farul Constanţa can organise the matches of the national team of football because it is from the 2nd category and it is allowed", said Duru on sptfm.
"UEFA is comprehensible if you try to do your best. Even if the stadium is not redy until the term they gave, they can give you another one", said also Duru.
