Manrique Amador, one of the people authorized by the company that owns the transfer rights of Carlos Costly to negotiate the transfer, confirmed negotiations with Steaua and said that Thursday the striker will know his future team.
Besides Steaua, Costly is wanted by Club America of Mexico and several other European groups, informs La Prensa.
An important impediment to the realization of the move is that Costly has a contract with Belchatow until 2010 and Gigi Becali said yesterday that he is not willing to invest more money as before economic crisis.
Steaua wanted Costly in the past, but the striker chose to play for Birmingham.
