The leaders from Dinamo announce every day that they are very close to solve the transfer of the player Adrian Ropotan to Dinamo Moscow. Then they affirm that the business is slowed down: "The transfer will be concluded tomorrow!". The last information is that, apart from the 3 millions EUR which they should receive now, Dinamo should also receive 15 % from a future transfer. The agreement does not conclude because of an amount of 600.000 EUR. The Russians want the Romanians to pay the VAT. The negotiations continued even yesterday, "the dogs" from Dinamo hope to have a positive answer today from Moscow.
