The goalkeeper who will play at Steaua from this summer says that it is hard for a goalkeeper to be in Ghencea because of the pressure, but also because of the phases during the match
- Ciprian, if Steaua wants you from this winter, would you accept to go now in Ghencea?
- If they ask me to come and they make an arrangement with the leaders from Gloria, I will come, if not, I will continue to play here until the summer.
- Wouldn’t it be a forward step for you if you arrive at Steaua earlier?
- I don’t know, I am not there to know what and how is at Steaua, I cannot see the future. I want to play there, but I’ll see what is going to be when I play in Ghencea.
- Have you spoken lately with the officials from Steaua?
- Yes, almost all the time. They ask me if I am all right, if I have any problems.
- What happened with you lately, you made some big mistakes?
- I mistook, I admit, we all do. You can’t be perfect as a goalkeeper; we are people, not robots.
- Do you think that it is hard to be goalkeeper at Steaua?
- It is a very big pressure there because the aims are all the time at the highest level, the title, The Cup, champions League, if you don’t want to work under pressure, then you shall play at a small team. On the other hand, even if for a goalkeeper it is hard anywhere he plays, playing at Steaua you are less solicited than in a smaller team.
- Do you think that Steaua will take the title of championship?
- Dinamo is the favorite, because it is on the first place, but I hope Steaua will have a better return than that from the last season.
