The President of the Romanian Federation of Handball, Cristian Gaţu, declared that he is sad because Romania occupied the 8th place at the World Championship from China and he considers that the players are the ones who should give explanations for this failure.
"I want to discuss with the girls and with those who were present there when they return, but I can say that this 8th place confuses me. The problem was psychological, unfortunately we discover once again that we do not know to set up", declared Cristian Gaţu.
The President of FRH said also that he cannot understand the girls’ evolution, as long as they benefited of all the conditions to make performance: "The fact is that this team cannot accuse anything. They were a complete team, they good training conditions, a good lane. We had three minutes and two goals in the match with Spain, if they didn’t know to profit, then they shall look into the mirror and tell us why".
