If ITIA or Sport Resolution make a big mistake that is later returned to CAS, they don't pay for their mistake, but the players sometimes suffer a lot, just like Simona Halep. Howard, we appreciate you, all Romanians, from home or abroad, for the quality of work, and comments, that clarify Simona's journey through this mess. I wish you and Simona will engage, at some point, depending on limitations, or constraints, in exploring the possibility of taking ITIA to court, for their intent to trash the life, and future, of a top player. They pursued their ruthless agenda interest, disregarding all obvious extenuating circumstances. They had their prey, and went for the kill. This is a fair player with impeccable history, and a huge reputation. Many will always look at Simona with discriminatory eyes, and have reservations about her, when she is back on the court. That is permanent damage done to a clean player. ITIA showed no hesitation, in their costly maneuvers. They tried to destroy her, not only when they requested the maximum possible sentencing, but also when they came back with the same intent, at the appeals court. This case became a vendetta, a hunting game, they hoped that this will serve as a lesson to those players who have the guts to not kneel down and let the chop block do the cut. It seems logical that ITIA is liable for her pain and suffering, and for damages that should include all her legal costs, and all her potential money prizes she lost from the day of her initial suspension, and forward. While we are sickened to our stomach from this, I wish you two will take on ITIA, and make them pay, proportionally with the damage made

Cred că pasajul asta este o dedicație pentru expertul Monika !!! Nu explica valorile mari din martie si aprilie. Deasemenea se cam contrazice cu declaratia data de Halep: 102. She also did not mention it in her 26 October 2022 interview with the ITIA. In cross-examination at the June hearing, she said that for the DCF, she had forgotten and that at the interview she had also probably just forgotten. That was distinctly careless of her, especially at the interview when the need for complete openness would have been even more apparent.
