Gazeta Sporturilor presents the list of the persons whose names appear in the file of giving v of the sponsor from FC Argeş, Cornel Penescu
judicial sources from DNA Piteşti revealed for Gazeta Sporturilor the identity of the persons from the Romanian football who seems to have received money from the sponsor of FC Argeş, Cornel Penescu. They are: the chief from CCA, Gheorghe Constantin, the observer Marcel Lică, vice-president at CCA, but also the referees Tiberiu Lajos, Aurelian Bogaciu, Marcel Savaniu, Dan Lucian, Sorin Corpodean, Dan Roşu. The eight appear in the indictment which brought to Penescu’s arrest for 29 days with the accusation of giving bribe. Besides, the same judicial sources revealed that there will be even other names, because the prosecutors kept many proves which will appear in the court. "There are even other persons investigated, but we cannot say more!", declared the same source.
With Oţelul he has taken all the referees
At the match from the 16th lap won by FC Argeş on its own field against Oţelul, score 3-2, it is rumoured that Penescu has given money to the three referees, Marius Martiş, Marcel Savaniu and Dan Roşu, and to the observer Marcel Lică. Savaniu, Roşu and Lică have received 3.000 dollars for each one, while with respect to Martiş, no amount of money is specified.
Bogaciu is at Piteşti today
Today, at the match in the Romanian Cup between Dinamo and Rapid, which will be played at Piteşti, the reserve referee will be Aurelian Bogaciu, whose name appears in the indictment that he received 5.000 dollars.
