The former forward from Ceahlăului, Alexandru Golban, scored in the "golden match" from Kazahstan, but his new team, Tobol, lost the title with Aktobe.
The normal time ended as drawn, 1-1, and Aktobe took the title again after executing better the penalty shots. Golban scored 13 goals this season, just like Murat Tleşev from Irtâş.
