The sponsor of Poli Timişoara, Marian Iancu, says that only three players from this team can handle a match of Champions League
The clear defeat with Stuttgart upset Marian Iancu. The sponsor of Poli Timişoara thinks that for Poli it is better to go in the groups of Europe League than be open to ridicule in Champions League. "We are not ready for such matches! This is our value! Only two, three players from this team have demonstrated that they can play at this level, the rest showed their limits! We are going in UEFA groups, where we can face to!", said sorrowful Iancu.

Iancu didn’t spare at all his players. "At the first goal, Pantilimon hesitated and Marica obtained the penalty! What shall I say about the second goal? We took it in a perfect silence; everybody was dreaming and snoring, thinking at Champions League. I am affected, I don’t like to be humiliated, and tonight we were very close.
