Three days ago, the officers with greatness from MApN went to head office of LPF and asked Dragomir all the papers which show how FC Steaua did separate from the Army Sports Club. The next step: the case will be debated in the Court.
Steaua has problems again: the war between Gigi Becali and some generals from MApN will start again :S! The problems started in the middle of the last week, at the head office from Professional Football League. What happened there? The generals from the Administration Council of the Sports Club Steaua came without announcing their visit.
WHAT DID THEY ACCOMPLISH: they took the documents
"We want all the documents you have here about the way in which it was made the separation between the football section and the sports club", they announced Dragomir. Mitică ordered immediately to be taken from the LPF archive the documents from 11 years ago. The entire file was offered to the generals.
WHAT THEY FOUND IN THE PAPERS: "Certain proofs!"
Important persons from LPF told that the generals left happy from the League head office. "They said that the papers contain things which demonstrate clearly that Steaua’s privatization in '97 was not made according to the law and they will win".
WHAT’S NEXT: they will claim Steaua’s privatization
The militaries with great functions plan to attack to FRF, LPF and to the court the way in which was validated the independence of the football section. This one separated from the Army Sports Club in 1997, being taken over by Viorel Păunescu and transformed into the nonprofit company AFC Steaua. Gigi became patron in 2003.
WHAT’S THE PURPOSE? They want to take from Gigi the name and the record
THE GENERALS’ PLANS: to found a new Steaua
If they fulfill the plan, the generals will make a new team, which could be named Steaua, will have the colors red-blue, will have the entire record starting with 1947 and could play in Ghencea. What will they lack? A team of football players.
Even MApN attacks him!
In parallel with the action of the generals, Gigi Becali has also big problems with respect to the relationship with Ministry of National Defense, the owner of the stadium Steaua. In January the stadium ease expires, and MApN imposed in the next agreement a clause through which asks a rent of almost 800.000 euro/year. "Dinamo has the stadium for free, for a period of 49 years, and Becali has to pay 65.000 euro/month? Look how they steal from me! I invested 10 millions in the sports base and I have to pay a rent?", reacted Becali.
Does the DNA discus the case?
The sources of gsp say that this case is already discussed by the DNA prosecutor. More than that, it is rumoured that some persons from Steaua would have already answered to the questions from DNA even if they are involved in the present-day club or they were involved in the action of separating the football section from the Sports Club.
